GPS Fleet Management Tracking

These GPS fleet management tracking systems are suitable for all vehicles including, cars, vans, motorhomes, plant and HGV. They are ideal for a range of customers including individual vehicles, families, small and large fleets. However, this system is not Thatcham Approved and cannot be used for insurance purposes.

The Geo Fence, can be set up to give an Email should the vehicle move outside of a designated safe area, drawn by the customer. This is useful for motorhomes and leisure vehicles not often driven, and can also be used to ensure works vans are not used out of hours.

The login interface that allows you to monitor vehicles fitted with uTrack is very well designed and easy to use. Here customers have the ability to view all vehicles at the same time, and easily track, by allocating different icons for different cars. There are journey updates every minute, so a whole fleet of cars can be viewed as they move throughout the day.

Managers can also create journey reports on individual vehicles, giving journey information and timesheet information. Often, by letting employees know they are being watched productivity is increased, with better time management, lower fuel bills and improved driving. There is also the ability to set Email overspeed warnings. SmarTrack uTrack customers can also benefit from multiple logins, so that fleet management can be supervised by different people at the same time.

Subscription is paid directly to SmarTrack and this gives access to a login area and the ability to download a phone App to track on the move. Easy budgeting can be achieved by paying subscription via Direct Debit, which can be set up on the SmarTrack website. Customers should be aware, however, that there is no 'Duration' payment option with uTrack as this is only available with fully monitored vehicles like Cat 6 Protector Pro (link at bottom of page).

This product comes with access to a free Global Telemetric App for Apple and Android devices. Here customers can view the current location of the vehicle, speed and battery voltage. SmarTrack uTrack customers can access their fleet accounts through this App as well as more detailed reports on vehicle usage.
